  • Proctoring Data: Information collected to ensure integrity during assessments, such as browser tab monitoring or gaze tracking, where applicable and consented to.

C. Integration Data

  • Google Calendar: If you choose to connect your calendar, we access your calendar events to facilitate interview scheduling. We store authentication tokens but do not access data unrelated to Nanaade scheduling activities.
  • Payment Information: Transaction history and plan details. We do not store full credit card numbers; payments are processed by our secure third-party processor, Stripe.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To provide key services: Creating accounts, processing applications, and facilitating AI interviews.
  • To match candidates with employers: Our algorithms analyze your profile and interview performance to recommend relevant job opportunities.
  • To improve our AI models: Anonymized interview data helps train our systems to be fairer and more accurate.
  • To process payments: Handling subscription fees for employers/universities and credit purchases.
  • To ensure security: Detecting fraud, preventing multiple account abuse, and verifying user identity.
