1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Nanaade. By accessing or using our platform, website, and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services Description

Nanaade is an AI-powered ecosystem connecting African talent with global opportunities. Our services include job matching, AI-conducted interviews, skill assessments (the 'Services'). We facilitate connections but are not a party to any employment agreement between candidates and employers.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

• Candidates: You agree that all CV information and interview responses are truthful and accurate representations of your skills.
• Employers: You agree to use candidate data solely for recruitment purposes and in compliance with all applicable data privacy laws.
• Universities: You agree to verify student affiliations accurately.

4. AI Services and Assessments

We use Artificial Intelligence to facilitate interviews and assessments. You acknowledge that AI-generated scores and insights are tools to assist decision-making and are not guaranteed to be error-free. Employers are solely responsible for their final hiring decisions. Candidates must not use external assistance, generative AI tools, or impersonation during assessments; doing so is grounds for immediate account suspension.

5. Payment and Credits

A. Credits

Certain features (e.g., conducting interviews, unlocking resumes) require the purchase of 'Credits'. Credits are non-transferable and can only be used within the Nanaade platform.

B. Refunds

All purchases of Credits and subscriptions are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

The Nanaade platform, including its code, design, logos, and AI models, is the property of Nanaade and its licensors. You retain ownership of the content you upload (e.g., your resume), but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and analyze such content to provide and improve our Services.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal purpose.
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or profiles.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with our AI systems.
• Scrape or collect data from the platform without authorization.
• Harass or discriminate against any user.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nanaade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user, employer, or candidate.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nanaade is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes your acknowledgment of the modified Terms.
